How projects work
These draft terms from Affelion LLC are a summary for review. Your written quote and statement of work define your project.
Scope and payment
We agree a fixed written quote and statement of work. Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch. Domains, hosting and software are billed separately. Extra work is quoted before it starts.
Website care
Website care is $350/month and includes up to two hours of changes. The plan is cancellable. TODO for owner and lawyer: confirm the required notice period.
Ownership
Ownership transfers to the client on final payment. TODO for lawyer: confirm transfer terms, third-party licenses and any exclusions.
Limits and automated answers
The “Answer questions, 24/7” feature gives answers drawn from the client's site and may be wrong. TODO for lawyer: review this feature's terms and the limitation of liability. This draft does not set a financial liability cap.
